KATHLEEN TERPSTRA

Kathleen Terpstra began her insurance career in 1981 with initial employment at Aetna Life & Casualty Insurance Company.

 

While working at Aetna for twenty-one years, Kathleen began as a Clerical Assistant working forward to become a Senior Claims Examiner.  During that time Kathleen was responsible for processing claims on a timely and accurate basis, she trained new employees on office procedures and worked independently for five years as a remote employee from home.

 

After working at Aetna, in 2003, Kathleen moved to Maxcis, Incorporated. where she began claim administration duties in the third party administration and self-insurance industry.

 

Kathleen began as a claims assistant for the Michigan Auto Dealers Self-Insured Fund.  She currently is responsible for claim management and resolution, client & claimant contact along with other insurance related functions.
