NANCY WEEKS

Nancy Weeks began her insurance career in 1997 when she joined the administrative staff of Maxcis, Inc. as a receptionist.

At that time Nancy was responsible for handling a six-line phone system. Other duties included, but not limited to, data entry and distributing of the mail.

In 1999, Nancy was promoted to Claims Assistant. In that position, Nancy was responsible for the handling and processing of workers’ compensation medical and small dollar indemnity claims.

In 2001, Nancy was promoted to Claims Adjuster. She is responsible for the handling and maintenance of high exposure indemnity claims as well as claims involved in the litigation process for the Michigan Auto Dealers Self-Insured Fund.

This position requires Nancy to manage high exposure indemnity claims as well as claims involved in the litigation process. In addition to her claim handling responsibilities, Nancy is charged with the responsibility of managing the day-to-day operations for the Comau Pico account.
